Blue Danube dinner plates. This pattern, introduced in 1951 by Lipper International, was inspired by Chinese porcelain and Asian designs, and is a well-known version of the classic "Blue Onion" pattern.
The pattern is still popular today and is widely available from various retailers and individual sellers.
Plates are made of durable porcelain and are often microwave, dishwasher, and oven-safe.
Original Blue Danube plates were crafted in Japan.
All the plates listed are in pristine condition. The plate pictured is an example of them all. As with any porcelain of this era, there may be minor manufacturer variations but the set is ready to display or use. It's rare to find these dishes in this condition!
