Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped once payment in full has been processed. We do not drop ship to ship to alternate shipping addresses.

All paid orders are usually processed within one to 2 business days. Our shipping charges always reflect actual shipping costs: Packing Materials and Postage. We do not pad costs. You pay what we pay.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International shipping rates vary from country to country. 

Customs Clearance Delays:

We have absolutely no control over delays in your country's customs processing. It is common for the estimated delivery time to be delayed due to packages being held up in customs. However, in every instance of delay, you will receive your package, it just requires patience. Scott Poppaw Art Designs accepts no responsibility whatsoever, with regard to CUSTOMS or DUTY TAXES that may be incurred for shipment into your particular country.

All customs charges or duty taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
