This gorgeous antique, Greek hand-hammered Copper Pot is 6.25 inches tall x 8.25 inches in diameter at the base. It bears the hand engraving: "Καλή ζωής" (Kali zois), which translates from Greek to "Good life" or "Cheers to life". ("May 19th 1886", indicating its apparent year of creation or dedication.) 

The pot features traditional hand-hammered craftsmanship and etched decorative patterns, which are common characteristics of antique copper vessels from the Ottoman, Turkish, or Greek regions. These types of pots were often used for cooking, heating water over a fire, or even as planters or decorative items later in their life.
